We currently service electric and induction appliances only. We do not repair or install gas appliances.

We source parts from established appliance parts suppliers, using genuine manufacturer parts or quality compatible parts. Having reliable suppliers means we can get parts quickly and bring your appliance back into service sooner. The repair also lasts longer.
Warranty on Parts and Labor
Every repair comes with a limited warranty of up to 12 months on parts and 90 days on labor, starting from the date of service. The appliance must be used and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions. *Parts coverage is limited to the warranty offered by the parts manufacturer or supplier.

We offer an easy and secure payment options for our clients. Our technicians have payment terminals and are able to accept credit cards or debit cards on the spot. In addition, we offer online invoice payments from within your own personal client hub.
Personal bank cheques are not accepted
Business cheques are accepted only from property management companies and other corporate clients with an approved billing agreement.

Yes, an adult (18+) needs to be present to provide access to the appliance and approve the diagnosis and repair before work begins.
